Meet our Artist in Residence

Judith Yarrow spent 18 months at FarmED observing, sketching, and painting the fields and woodland of the farm. Join Judith as she explores her experience watching and documenting the changes throughout the seasons; she will explain her fascinating and steep learning curve in regenerative farming and how the farming landscape can be beautiful in a visually different way. In this Lunchtime Talk, Judith will bring some original artworks, share her inspirations, and how she came to be an artist, followed by answering all your questions.

This talk will include a presentation and a Q+A session, followed by a delicious FarmED cafe lunch.

About the speaker:

Judith is an accomplished artist, recently winning the 2024 prestigious Ironstone Art Prize. She will be showing and selling her work in Chipping Norton Theatre in June as part of the Lark Rise production. Judith is actively interested in the environment, and having lived and worked on a farm in Wales in the past, FarmED feels like home. 

Please arrive at 11:45 am. The talk will start at midday, and lunch will be served at 1:00 pm.
