Meet FarmEAT’s New Cook

FarmEAT’s new cook, Georgia Sparks, recently graduated from prestigious Ballymaloe Cookery School where she completed an intensive cookery course.

She will be working alongside Chloe Horner as we roll out our lunchtime menus, catering for events large and small and helping to develop other exciting food-related projects here at FarmED.

Georgia grew up in Oxfordshire, cooking with her father, and also learning from her mother who worked in hospitality. Georgia studied politics and philosophy at university before embarking on a career in project management, but then decided to follow her passion and enrolled at Ballymaloe.

‘FarmED encompasses everything that interests me,’ says Georgia. ‘We are creating dishes that are seasonal, sustainable and using fresh produce grown in the kitchen garden. Each day is different with a changing menu and it’s just such a lovely place to be.’

Georgia’s personal favourite food is Middle Eastern and she’s a keen baker who is also looking forward to experimenting with FarmEAT’s wood fired oven.
