Christmas Family Event at FarmED With Little Wild Things and Kitchen Garden People

Join us and our lovely friends Little Wild Things for the first day of the school holiday to experience the beautiful FarmED site this December.

You’ll experience a wonderful nature trail around our site with Emma who runs our resident CSA, Kitchen Garden People. Learn about our regenerative farm, what’s growing and being harvested at the moment. See the animals and wildlife that call FarmED home as well as sights and sounds around the farm. There’ll be lots of opportunities to ask questions and give feedback!

There’s also some nature-based crafts form the very excellent folk from Little Wild Things, who are based just down the road on the Cornbury Estate. You’ll be guided through making fun woodland elves using hazel and moss as well as beautiful little stick Christmas Trees.

Your morning will culminate in a delicious pizza lunch brought to you by Abby from Cotswold Pizza Company as well as some regenerative houmous and crudites from our Kitchen Garden and a chocolate orange brownie.

Children will need to be accompanied for this event (up to 4 children per adult). All participants (including adults) need to have a ticket. 

The craft is suitable for children aged 4 and above but if you wish to bring (and feed) a younger child there is an additional ticket type.

Please wrap up warm and dress suitably for your farm walk. We will be leaving some windows open in our interior spaces to keep things airy and ventilated, so an extra layer would be great!

Please note that if you are coming with friends (but have booked separately) please let us know so that we can make sure you’re in the same group.
