Events

There are a range of events at FarmED each week, including  private bookings from universities, farmer groups, local businesses, government bodies and environmental organisations. You can find out more about venue hire

 

We are also running and co-curating a number of exciting open events for our key audiences. Come and join us for a workshop, conference, farm walk, pop up food event or film night.

Film Screening - 2040  

FarmED’s first film screening -  2040, looking at the effects of climate change over the next 20 years and solutions, such as regenerative farming, that could reverse the effects. Light refreshments during the film followed by a Q&A session. 

 

Ideal for anyone interested in the climate debate and regenerative agriculture. Co-curated with  Siobhann Mansel of MakeItGood and local chef Chloe Horner of What Chloe Cooked Next.

Oxford Real Farming Conference in the Field

The inaugural ORFC in the Field will take place this summer at FarmED.Two days of field-based application and practitioner led discussion focusing on regenerative agriculture and sustainable food systems.  Hosted by FarmED and co-curated with the ORFC team. 

 

Aimed at farmers, smallholders and growers with an interest in practical agroecology and regenerative practices including new entrants and those with experiences to share.  Advisors and students.
