Our pizza oven has been put through its paces by several different chefs this week. We’ve been holding interviews for a FarmED Food Co-ordinator to cook, teach and inspire us with their passion for sustainable food and nutrition. We’ve enjoyed some delicious, nutritious, locally-sourced pizzas, salads and desserts and had great conversations with some great cooks. More news soon.
