A group of Cotswold farmers and local members of the Pasture-Fed Livestock Association visited FarmED to talk about soil health, routes to market and future training needs. We asked some of the attendees about the role of livestock in regenerative farming systems. Here’s Jimmy Woodrow from the PFLA, Nina de Winter from the Biodynamic Association, Richard Summers, Butchery and Charcuterie Specialist and Donald Bennett from Fir Farm.
