Podcasting

We’ve recorded two podcasts this week. Claire Thayers from Happerley Transparent came to talk about food tourism with Dr Richard Baines from the RAU. What are the opportunities for farmers, growers and entrepreneurs? The discussion was chaired, as usual, by our Manager, Jonty Brunyee.

Jimmy Woodrow also dropped by to talk to us about his work with the PFLA. Jimmy is primarily responsible for growing the market for Pasture for Life products through building public awareness of the PFLA’s activities and developing pasture-fed supply chains. Jimmy started his career in corporate finance and has more recently spent seven years in a range of senior roles within the food industry, including at Neal’s Yard Dairy and GAIL’s Bakery. He is now focused on the financing and development of agroecological supply chains.

Both podcasts will be available on all the usual channels soon.
